Cancellation Policy

Appointments at Empathy Salon must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation.  We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation or a reservation reschedule.  A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the services reserved will be charged to your credit card for missed appointments, cancellations, and reschedules without a minimum of 24 hours notice.
