Policy & Information


Please arrive on time for your reservation to ensure full service.  If you are late, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.  If you are excessively late, we will have to reschedule your service(s).  Please inform your service provider of any sensitivities or allergies so we can better serve your needs. 


Appointments at Empathy Salon must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation.  We require 24 hours' notice for a cancellation or a reservation reschedule.  A cancellation fee equal to 50% of the services reserved will be charged to your credit card for missed appointments, cancellations, and reschedules without a minimum of 24 hours' notice. 

When a No-Show/Late Cancellation occurs, it takes large blocks of time that impact the hairstylist and other guests. We understand that sometimes things happen, however, we try to respect hairstylists’ time as much as we try to respect yours.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and cash.


Free parking is available anywhere in the Aina Haina Shopping Center parking areas.
