This treatment includes one full lightening session followed by a customized toner to neutralize unwanted warmth and create your desired blonde, beige, ash, or cool-toned finish. Our stylists carefully assess your hair's condition and customize the lightening process to help maintain the integrity of your hair while achieving the best possible results. A personalized toner is then applied to refine the color, enhance shine, and create a seamless, polished finish. Service coms with head massage during the shampoo.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments at Empathy Salon must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation. We require 24 hours notice for a cancellation or a reservation reschedule. A cancellation fee equal to 100% of the services reserved will be charged to your credit card for missed appointments, cancellations, and reschedules without a minimum of 24 hours notice.
